What You’ll Be Responsible For
Maintain accurate parts inventory in the system
Order and receive parts on time to support repair flow
Inspect all incoming parts for accuracy and damage
Quickly return incorrect parts and secure replacements
Track costs and maintain parts cost projections
Communicate with vendors on status and delivery timelines
Support internal teams with parts-related needs
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
1+ year of experience in parts operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read work orders, estimates, and instructions
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Microsoft & Excel experience preferred (not required)
Team player with the ability to lead when needed
