Overview
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in processing orders for materials and merchandise, ensuring accurate information is maintained in customer files. You will make price quotations, complete order sheets while verifying the price and quantity for each item, and distribute order sheets to appropriate departments. Collaboration with various teams regarding order statuses, shipping dates, and product availability will be key to your success in this individual contributor role. Responsibilities
Order Processing & Project Creation Efficiently process customer orders using Salesforce workflows. Create and manage Salesforce projects to meet operational goals. Establish customer portal accounts and activate billing services. Data Integrity & Platform Operations Maintain data accuracy within Salesforce. Monitor data flow between Salesforce and integrated platforms to ensure seamless operations. Ensure consistency across systems to support comprehensive reporting and forecasting. Training & Documentation Assist in onboarding new users and provide essential training materials. Help document workflows, set data standards, and promote best practices within the team. Encourage data literacy with updates and practical usage tips. For this role, we anticipate offering a competitive pay rate of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on market data and individual qualifications.
