The target pay range for this position is USD $103,630 - $129,500 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Are you passionate about building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform? Join our dynamic IT team and play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge applications that power our business. You will be in a leading role working with our Salesforce administrators, our business analysts, our product owners, and external partners to integrate Salesforce with existing and future systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as a strong background in designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.

Collaborate with admins, analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical support, training, and backup

Collaborate with admins, analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical support, training, and backup across multiple time zones.

Update Salesforce platform and other line of business applications while following change control policies (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across platforms.

Create, maintain, and monitor integrations using variety of technologies.

Participate in cross-functional teams involving internal business operations, technical teams, and external partners to address strategic business issues.

Work with IT team to help architect and design enterprise integrations.

Assist in evaluating new technologies/add-ons and developing plans for their implementation.

Identify usage problems; determine and implement solutions.

Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or Integration Architecture Designer are highly desirable.

Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative environment, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce sales cloud.

Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience in designing and developing REST based APIs.

Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces.

Experience using middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) to design, build and maintain integrations between business systems.

Understanding of relational databases and ability to interface applications to databases

Back-end development expertise in C#, Java, and SQL.

Experience with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Development experience with NodeJS and LAMP stacks is a plus.

Working knowledge of source/version control systems such as GitHub, TFS, or SVN; experience with continuous integration/deployment is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to organize and manage multiple and changing priorities.

Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.

Proven self-starter with strong self-management skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Minimum of 4 years' experience developing with Salesforce platform and .NET.
