Join our dynamic UX Research team that is dedicated to enhancing the experiences of businesses on our platform. As a Qualitative User Experience Researcher, you will dive deep into understanding the needs and behaviors of customers who interact with our tools. Your insights will directly influence the design and development of products that impact millions of users worldwide. We utilize a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods, from surveys and focus groups to usability tests and in-depth interviews. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify key research topics.
Serve as a research thought leader and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
Design and execute comprehensive primary research studies using various qualitative methodologies.
Create studies that analyze both user behaviors and attitudes towards our products.
Prioritize and manage research initiatives amid dynamic environments, aligning insights with stakeholder needs.
Communicate findings effectively, presenting actionable recommendations in innovative formats.
Work collaboratively across departments such as design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing.
Generate insights that fuel product ideation and evaluate design effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience; or a PhD with relevant experience.
Proven experience with In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Concept Testing, and Usability Testing.
Hands-on experience in conducting primary research with a strong interest in user experience.
Ability to transform research findings into strategic narratives that inform product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the advertising industry or digital marketing product development.
Educational background in fields related to human behavior, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.
