Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in

West Palm Beach/ Miami, FL

(required); • Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (10+ years) • Experience in an architect or principal-level role (3 years) • Experience with Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and multi-cloud solutions • 4 Salesforce certifications, including: Platform Developer II; Application Architect or System Architect • Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms and complex integration patterns • Experience in leading technical teams, establishing standards, and driving organizational change in Agile/SAFe environments • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado), and automated testing frameworks • Certifications such as Integration Architect, Identity & Access Management, Data Architect, or AI Specialist

Preferred: • Experience with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) and decision automation platforms • Experience in utility industry applications (nCino, Vlocity/Industries, or similar) • Experience in data migration, ETL processes, and master data management • Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe) methodologies • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions or Einstein platform capabilities

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following: • Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks across the enterprise • Architect complex, scalable solutions spanning multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and integrations • Design and develop sophisticated solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture • Architect enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and custom API solutions with complex orchestration patterns • Lead and mentor teams of senior developers, architects, and technical leads across onsite and offshore locations • Establish coding standards, peer review processes, and technical excellence programs • Translate complex business strategies into comprehensive technical solutions and roadmaps
