As a Product Specialist, you will guide guests through the Genesis purchase journey by providing expert product knowledge, thoughtful vehicle presentations, and a seamless buying experience from first greeting to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, luxury-first customer experience
Deliver polished vehicle presentations and demonstration drives
Build lasting relationships through professional follow-up using CRM
Maintain expert knowledge of Genesis products, pricing, and programs
Support customers through a smooth, non-confrontational purchase process
Participate in daily training and sales meetings
Ensure showroom and vehicle presentation meets luxury standards
Deliver vehicles and introduce customers to Service for long-term ownership care
