
Direct hands-on experience supporting SFDC Marketing Cloud as developer or consultant
• Experience in Data Cloud
• Provide problem resolution for customer issues at L2 level
• Understanding of Marketing cloud journey, APIs and integrations
• Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
