A leading multi-strategy middle market firm, offering exposure across buyout equity, growth equity, and private credit, is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support its fundraising, investor communication, and CRM-driven operational workflows. The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional investors worldwide and is known for its collaborative culture, disciplined investment approach, and long-standing investor relationships. The Investor Relations Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of the firm's CRM system (DealCloud), supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring the seamless execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and related initiatives. This position is ideal for a systems-minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys operational excellence, and is energized by being at the center of activity across teams. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, current, and well-organized investor records within DealCloud Support the fundraising pipeline by logging new leads, tracking status updates, and maintaining data integrity Proactively manage follow-ups and action items, coordinating closely with fundraising professionals Assist with logistics and preparation for investor meetings, including roadshows, conference participation, and virtual sessions Contribute to automated outreach campaigns and investor communications using DealCloud Dispatch Provide operational and administrative support for investor engagement programs and broader IR initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and a consistent investor experience Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in operations, client service, investment support, or coordination roles (additional experience welcome) Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills across email, phone, and internal messaging platforms Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines Strong written and verbal skills with a polished communication style Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms (DealCloud experience a plus) Customer-service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving orientation Curiosity about new systems and a desire to help streamline workflows and increase team efficiency
