Technical Sales Support Engineer (customer-facing, analog knowledge req.) Description

Our client, a test equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines a strong foundation in analog and digital circuits or electronics with the ability and desire to work directly with customers in a consultative, technical-facing capacity. In this position, you will support technical sales efforts and customer applications for a portfolio of precision electronic instruments. You'll engage directly with customers to understand their use cases, explain circuit behavior and measurement concepts, recommend appropriate solutions, and support product demonstrations. You'll also contribute to technical content creation to ensure customer needs and real-world applications are reflected in product messaging and development. This is not a call-center or purely reactive support role. Success requires technical credibility, clear communication, and confidence interacting with engineers, researchers, and technical buyers. This is a great opportunity to join a small, innovative organization where you'll gain exposure to advanced products across academic, government, and commercial applications, work closely with R&D, and grow through hands-on mentorship in a stable, long-term environment.
