Role Overview: We are on the lookout for an Associate Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will contribute to developing new dashboards and providing ongoing support for client case management. Your focus will be on Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboard creation, alongside troubleshooting and resolving client cases within the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine Salesforce configurations and administrative tasks.

Respond to user requests and execute incremental system modifications.

Enhance overall system stability and performance.

Oversee and support client-created cases in Salesforce.

Assist in designing and updating reports and dashboards.

Facilitate data quality assurance efforts, including validation and cleanup.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and its data model.

Awareness of declarative versus programmatic development tools.

Elementary grasp of Salesforce security concepts (profiles, permission sets, roles).

Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and industry best practices.

Ability to configure Salesforce through point-and-click tools.

Effective troubleshooting and debugging skills for Salesforce applications.

Proficiency in documenting for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

Quick learner of new Salesforce features and technologies.

Capacity to follow established development standards and protocols.

Collaboration skills for working effectively with a diverse team.

Receptive to feedback and able to improve work quality accordingly.

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Work Hours: Work hours may fluctuate, with possible evening and weekend commitments required. Consistent dependability and punctuality are essential. Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel is anticipated for this position.

Willingness to travel and deploy to client sites for extended durations is a must.

Physical Demands: Mobility required on-site with clients.

Sitting or standing for prolonged periods may be necessary.

Extended computer use may be needed.

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15 lbs., as required throughout the day.

Work Environment: Emergency management personnel may work in diverse settings, including office or home environments, as well as field deployment, requiring outdoor work in possibly adverse weather conditions.

On-site client work may occur in various locations, such as EOCs, hospitals, debris sites, or local government facilities.

All positions at AC Disaster Consulting (ACDC) are remote site positions with the work location agreed upon prior to hire.

If your remote work site changes, please notify ACDC Human Resources, and any changes require leadership approval for business registration and payroll tax purposes.

Qualifications: 1+ years of practical experience working with Salesforce in a professional, internship, or project context.

1+ year experience in building or modifying at least 2-3 Salesforce features (e.g., Flows, Lightning pages, or LWCs).

Google IT Support Certification.

Current residence within a reasonable commuting distance to Tallahassee, FL.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (or in progress).

1+ years of experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub).

1+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.

1+ years of experience supporting users or engaging in a ticket-based support model.

Preference for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance to Tallahassee, FL.

Additional Qualifications: Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Eligibility to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa is required. Employment is not available for those located outside of the US.
