Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. Provide exceptional customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with appropriate associates when necessary. Operate and secure powered equipment certifications (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) while adhering to all safety protocols. Enhance inventory accuracy using the Orders App, ensuring compliance with SIMS, and collaborate with leadership to address short picks. Complete administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, promptly reporting any safety or theft issues. Demonstrate a customer-first approach in achieving daily responsibilities with strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to undertake additional duties to meet business needs. Required Qualifications At least 6 months of experience with computers, including data input, access, modification, or output. 6 months of experience utilizing retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets. Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified). Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6 months of retail experience. 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment role within a home improvement or hardware retailer, particularly in departments like kitchen, plumbing, electrical, or lawn and garden. 6 months of experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in any industry.
