About the Team
The Oracle Applications Labs is responsible for the design and implementation of the internal Fusion applications vital to Oracle's operations. The Enterprise Solutions Architecture (ESA) team merges business strategy with technical implementation, ensuring technology decisions generate business value. We closely collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leaders to empower OCI's sustained growth.
Scope of Role
As an OAL Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will manage the comprehensive architecture for a portfolio of high-impact application initiatives. Your in-depth knowledge of business processes, Fusion applications, AI, and cloud infrastructure will help you establish scalable architectures, ascertain project scope, and lead successful implementations.

Responsibilities Experience Required 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, scoping, design, application project execution, and cloud infrastructure.
5+ years of hands-on expertise in Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, Data, and analytics, AI), preferably with Oracle Fusion.
Proven experience in leading system architecture discussions with senior business and technical stakeholders to establish roadmaps, validate designs, and confirm delivery plans.
A strong inclination towards hands-on, practical solutions and problem solving with a focus on achieving results while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive and innovative approach to designing and delivering customer solutions, with the capability to articulate strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with architectural frameworks like TOGAF and relevant architecture tools.
Adept at decomposing complex challenges to identify appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Strong ability to cultivate internal relationships, contributing individually and as a team member while providing guidance and mentorship to others.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
Background in high tech or software industries.
Oracle Cloud certifications in Fusion, Data, Infrastructure, and AI would be advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
