face of the brand . You'll be the first impression for every guest, a trusted guide through our wash packages and memberships, and a key driver of membership growth.
This role is ideal for individuals who bring energy to every shift, communicate clearly, and are motivated by both
customer interaction and earning potential .
What You'll Do:
Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. Clearly explain wash packages and membership options. Promote memberships and help achieve daily sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy service area during peak times. Represent Sparkle Express with positivity, accountability, and consistency. Work closely with a performance-driven team that values communication and growth. What We're Looking For:
Comfortable engaging guests and recommending products. Positive, upbeat, and professional under pressure. Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and open to coaching. Customer service or sales experience is a plus. Pay & Perks:
$15/hr base pay + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
Start earning $20/hr from day one.
Ability to earn
well above $5/hr in commission after 90 days
through a simple, achievable sales program. Commission opportunities available for all team members. Paid, hands-on training to set you up for success. Clear growth path into leadership roles. Fun, people-first team culture that celebrates energy, effort, and results.
