We are looking for a strategic leader who will design and implement effective customer acquisition strategies that drive substantial growth in the US nicotine pouch market. This role provides full ownership of the acquisition strategy while focusing on performance marketing, paid media, SEO, partnerships, and the development of new channels. Your main objective will be to achieve remarkable growth targets and ensure our acquisition strategy aligns with our mission to attract long-term, high-quality customers, essential for sustained business success. We seek an analytical and strategic individual with a proven track record in direct marketing growth. Key qualifications include: Extensive experience in customer acquisition Strong understanding of data analytics and digital marketing technologies Proficiency in making data-driven decisions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to inspire and motivate teams A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
