As a
Full-Time Key Holder , you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' in-store experience while providing essential leadership to your fellow team members. You'll embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values through your actions, demonstrating expertise in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. Together with the leadership team, you'll contribute to store sales goals, assist in team development, and support store operations. Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of exceptional service and sales to cultivate lasting customer relationships. Become a knowledgeable expert in product categories, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers. Stay informed on current promotions and merchandising standards to maintain a well-presented store. Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring stock levels on the sales floor. Perform accurate sales transactions and uphold cash accountability at registers. Seek opportunities for personal development and skill enhancement. Complete all opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards. Adhere to all laws and company policies. Carry out other duties as assigned by management. Maintain a high level of professionalism in work quality, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
