KeyResponsibilities:
Consultation & Discovery:
Engage with clients to understandtheir business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
Solution Design:
Develop customized solutions byaligning client needs with the company’s services.
Pre-sales Support:
Partner with the sales team during thesales process, providing technical expertise and product demonstrations tosupport the closing of deals.
Client Presentations:
Deliver compelling presentations andproduct demos, showcasing how our solutions can resolve specific clientchallenges.
Project Scoping:
Collaborate with internal teams todefine project scope, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements.
Solution Implementation:
Oversee the implementation ofsolutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered ontime and within budget.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contactfor any technical or service-related questions.
Post-Implementation Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients toensure successful adoption and satisfaction with the solution.
Market & Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends,emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide innovativesolutions and thought leadership.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees orcertifications are a plus.
Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in asolutions consultant, pre-sales, or within a service provider or ITsolutions company.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
Ability to work in a client-facingrole with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with project managementmethodologies is an advantage.
Experience in process automation,business process outsourcing, or managed services is beneficial.
Strategic thinking and solutionorientation.
Client-focused with strongrelationship-building skills.
Ability to translate technical conceptsinto business value.
Flexibility and adaptability infast-paced environments.
