Residence at Heritage Park Apartments 2789 E Lake Road Abilene, TX 79601 Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Responsibilities
Manages and oversees all on-site personnel Oversee and foster a great working environment for team Building and maintaining relationships with community residents Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing Experience managing a team of 2+ employees Yardi experience preferred Student housing experience preferred Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Benefits and Compensation
