Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, policies, and procedures
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
Follow company service standards and operational guidelines
Document client interactions and updates in company systems
Support clients before, during, and after travel as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based systems
Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
