Customer Service Representative - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical Location:

Altavista, VA

Pay:

$16-$18/hr

The Role The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer contacts for HVAC/R repairs and dispatching Service Technicians to the customer site. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for creating work orders and submitting completed work orders to billing.

What You'll Do:

Receive service calls via phone, email, and customer websites

Input and monitor work order progress with consistent updates to the customer

Prioritize and dispatch technicians for service calls; review call history to avoid duplicate calls

Follow up on emergency overnight and weekend calls

Review completed work orders and submit to billing team

You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset

Call center experience a plus
