The Opportunity As part of the Microsoft Consulting Generalist team, you will lead the implementation and support of the Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules. This position entails supervising and developing teams, managing client accounts, and driving workstreams while independently analyzing and solving complex problems. Your extensive experience in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis will be crucial in configuring D365 F&O in line with business needs. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules. Develop and mentor teams to deliver exceptional results. Manage client service accounts efficiently. Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges independently. Utilize your proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis. Configure and set up D365 F&O according to business requirements. Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with the firm's methodologies and quality standards. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. 8 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart Proven knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance. Experience conducting business analysis/requirements gathering workshops and process mapping sessions. Ability to gather requirements and perform As-Is and To-Be process analysis. Expertise in converting requirements into functional specifications and design documents. Experience in producing Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirement Documents. Conducting gap-fit analysis and creating gap-fit documentation. Producing Functional Design Documents. Facilitating joint application design workshops for optimal solution design. Preparing business test cases and system test plans. Configuring and setting up D365 F&O based on business processes/requirements. Conducting user training and different system testing cycles. Designing integrations with third-party systems. Providing comprehensive post-go-live support. Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft LCS, and Microsoft Sure Step Certification.
