Full-Time Key Holder , you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding in-store experience while embodying Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values. Become knowledgeable about our product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet and exceed measurable goals, including transaction metrics. Stay informed on current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain high merchandising standards and assist with store maintenance. Process merchandise efficiently while monitoring and replenishing stock. Handle sales transactions accurately at point-of-sale registers. Seek development opportunities by partnering with the leadership team. Complete all opening and closing procedures in line with company standards. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Exemplify high-quality work, attendance, and appearance. QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organization skills. Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary. Up to 10% travel to support local stores as needed.
