You Are: An R&D specialist with a deep understanding of the intersection of business, technology, and operations. You excel at assisting biopharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in designing, building, and deploying solutions that expedite access to therapies. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, making you an exceptional communicator and collaborator. The Work (Role Responsibility): Guide clients and healthcare organizations in accelerating the delivery of therapies to patients. Evaluate and enhance R&D processes and the technologies supporting them. Serve as a subject matter expert in R&D technologies, including EDC, CDMS, and RIM. Advise clients on developing next-generation technology capabilities to become data-driven and AI-enabled. Lead projects to define IT roadmaps, assess technology footprints, and design and implement R&D systems for optimal outcomes. Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders, positioning Accenture as a trusted partner. Mentor and coach junior team members. Identify and pursue business development opportunities. Contribute to thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience. Here's What You Need: A minimum of five years in technology consulting within the life sciences R&D sector, focusing on areas like research or clinical development. A minimum of 3 years leading or supporting R&D technology initiatives for biopharma/biotech. A Bachelor's degree. Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills): Your degree is in a related field such as science or health engineering. You have extensive knowledge of biopharmaceutical R&D and product lifecycle processes. You possess strong leadership and management skills, having successfully collaborated with teams and clients. Your experience involves excellent client-facing communication skills.
