Job Description: Join our team as a Lead Analyst in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Manhasset, NY. This contract role involves overseeing patient access and registration workflows, ensuring seamless integration within the healthcare system. The position requires expertise in managing system configurations and driving workflow improvements, with occasional travel for on-site support.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and optimization of patient access and registration workflows. Collaborate with operational leaders and technical staff to analyze and translate business needs. Manage complex projects and lead system build initiatives. Mentor junior analysts and conduct system testing. Support go-lives and system upgrades.
Qualifications Certification in relevant healthcare technology systems. Experience in leading system design and optimization projects. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Experience in managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff. Willingness to travel approximately 10% for meetings and on-site support.
