Summary:
This role focuses on providing Capital Markets Trade Support, including the execution of on-desk trade activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank policies, and facilitating the introduction of new products and technology. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with Capital Markets Trading Products desk, Product Operations, and other stakeholders while ensuring operational effectiveness. The job includes analyzing and advising on new product introductions and change initiatives, supporting continuity of critical processes, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned on-desk trade support activities, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency. Ensure adherence to regulatory and bank policies and mitigate risks by following internal processes. Support the introduction of new products, technology, or processes and participate in their analysis, testing, and implementation. Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders, improving operational effectiveness. Identify and escalate potential risk situations and contribute to contingency planning.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of Financial Products (e.g., Cash Equity, Fixed Income). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and in a team environment.
Industry Experience Required:
Up to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a related role. Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory oversight bodies.
