Role Summary: The ITOM Specialist will design and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including discovery, service mapping, event management, and AI-driven operations (AIOps) to support proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated incident response.
Key Responsibilities: Implement CMDB discovery and dependency mapping across infrastructure and cloud assets Configure event management and integrate monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, network tools) Enable AI-driven anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated incident creation Support service impact analysis and root-cause identification Enable self-healing and automated remediation workflows where appropriate
