None What You Will Do: As a Dynamics 365 Sales CRM Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing robust CRM solutions that meet the evolving business needs of Guidehouse. You will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, developing high-quality code, and overseeing support and incident resolution activities. Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Analyze requirements and functional specifications to generate comprehensive technical documentation.
Provide estimates and assist in task planning in support of business cases and project prioritization.
Utilize technical knowledge to propose effective solutions that meet business needs.
Design, develop, test, and deploy features aligned with best practices and SDLC methodologies.
Evaluate Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform features, including low-code and custom development options.
Keep abreast of technological advancements to ensure Guidehouse tools remain competitive and relevant.
Occasionally take on project leadership roles for small-scale projects, guiding junior team members throughout.
Manage the lifecycle of CRM-related incident tickets, providing root cause analysis and resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT to effectively address and resolve CRM-related issues.
What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of professional experience OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 5 years of application development experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (cloud), including 2+ years as a technical lead or lead developer.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and CRM business processes.
Proven experience with SAAS implementations and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Understanding of the ITIL framework related to Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have: Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or Power Platform.
Experience with Power Platform administration and implementation.
Familiarity with proposal & RFP management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
A proactive desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple demands.
The annual salary range for this role is $102,000.00 - $170,000.00, with compensation influenced by skill sets, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
