We are on a mission to enrich lives, and we're in search of a dynamic Events Marketing Specialist to help us achieve our goals! Key Responsibilities: Research and discover exciting opportunities for events and shows in our designated territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors to secure favorable agreements. Develop an engaging annual calendar filled with events and shows. Recruit, train, and manage talented Event Demonstrators to represent our brand effectively. Schedule and oversee demonstrators to ensure flawless event execution. Coordinate the set-up and breakdown of displays and booths. Engage with event attendees to book appointments for Free In-Home Consultations. Collect and follow up on contest entries to boost customer interaction. Measure and report event outcomes to continuously refine our strategies. Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proven experience in coaching, training, and motivating team members. Ability to thrive in energetic and fast-paced environments. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be available for weekend work.
