Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr Requirement/Must Have: 10-20 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM implementations. Completion of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation projects. Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as HFM and FCCS. Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud functionality including data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, workflows, smart lists, and EPM Automate. Proficiency in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions. Solid understanding of financial statements, financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to lead small teams and travel onsite as needed. Experience:
Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and solution architecture. Working across SDLC phases including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support. Client-facing consulting roles with stakeholder collaboration. Leading and mentoring small to mid-sized delivery teams. Responsibilities:

MBA, CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification. Nice to Have:
Exposure to OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, and Blackline. Experience with on-prem Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Strong understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and CFO-level reporting. Experience working across multiple industries, regions, and clients.
