Senior Cybersecurity Risk Quantification Analyst

This exciting role is a part of the Stellarus team within the Ascendiun Family of Companies. As a pivotal member of the Risk Management & Controls Assurance team, you will contribute to delivering actionable insights by quantifying IT and business risks. This will enhance organizational resilience while promoting a robust security culture. You will directly report to the Director and collaborate closely with colleagues as a Risk Quantification Analyst. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and quantifying risks, thereby supporting executive decision-making and generating data-driven business insights. Your Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative risk analysis. FAIR certification is highly preferred; additional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or HITRUST are advantageous. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ThreatConnect or similar FAIR-based quantification platforms, along with strong experience in data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.); SQL and data warehouse knowledge is a plus. Excellent Communication Skills: Proven track record of conveying complex risk concepts clearly to executives, boards, regulators, and non-technical stakeholders. Strong Analytical & Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to construct quantitative models, interpret their results, and provide actionable insights that shape high-level business decisions.
