Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements. Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability. Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals). Maintain documentation standards and version control. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders. Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
