As a Merchandising Execution Specialist (MES), you play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring product availability and effective merchandising. Your commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency will significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Supplier Experience
You will implement price updates, manage product rotation, and execute special projects aimed at optimizing product displays to align with supplier expectations.
Enable Sales and Growth
Implement merchandising strategies to ensure products are showcased effectively, driving increased sales.
Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools while refreshing promotional materials, signage, and brochures.
Operational Responsibilities
You will work collaboratively in teams under on-site supervision, providing services across multiple departments, which involves regular lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store associates while delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
