JOB PURPOSE:
Prepares, reconciles, and maintains documentation for all federal Letter of Credit (LOC) drawdowns, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing through systems such as PMS, ASAP, G5, and ACM$
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
None
NATURE AND SCOPE:
Collaborates with Post Award leadership, Treasury, and departmental administrators to reconcile expenditures and prepare cash draw requests in compliance with federal and University policy.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly LOC drawdowns to Workday expenditure data.
Verify draw eligibility and maintain detailed logs and justifications.
Coordinate with Treasury to confirm receipts and allocations.
Communicate with departments on expiring awards and final balances.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all drawdown transactions.
Assist with process improvement and cross-training within the billing team.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Understanding of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and federal LOC systems.
Strong reconciliation, financial analysis, and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Workday Financials experience preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in sponsored program accounting or drawdowns.
Familiarity with PMS, ASAP, G5, and other LOC platforms.

Expected Pay Range: $77,272 - $85,000
