Customer Lifecycle Management Lead
to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working a hybrid schedule based out Cupertino, CA
Customer Lifecycle Management Lead | Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating success in achieving growth goals in user engagement and retention. Experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or a consumer subscription business. Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels including push notification, online, email and in-app messaging marketing tactics. Technical fluidness to lead development of complex customer journeys with signals, in-app placements and orchestration across engineering and operations teams. Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution. Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail. Possess deep understanding of A/B testing and data driven optimization marketing Customer Lifecycle Management Lead | Description:
Responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy friendly way to drive engagement and make sure they are getting the most out of their subscription service. Develop and optimize engagement/retention strategies. Optimize programs through A/B testing, o?ering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers. Lead experience and design of complex customer journeys. Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization. Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, product, engineering, analytics and design teams. Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed, and insights are fed back into the plans. Define geo- specific narratives, value proposi8ons and service educational messaging.
