You will utilize digital tools to support a smooth omnichannel experience while ensuring that our customers are always the focus.
Create a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships with clients.
Share your extensive product knowledge and serve as the expert in sleep solutions.
Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs while embodying company values and supporting initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships before and after purchase, addressing any issues and sending delivery reminders.
Stay informed about competitors and their offerings to enhance our customer service.
Utilize social media to positively impact brand awareness while driving sales.
Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed.

Compensation: Competitive Pay range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles at the discretion of the Company. Pay amounts do not guarantee employment for any particular duration. Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship is required.
