Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Engage attendees and communicate brand messages, promotions, and event details
Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
Support live marketing campaigns, product launches, and community outreach events
Deliver exceptional customer service to event participants
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Collect attendee feedback and report insights to leadership
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Punctual, motivated, and eager to learn
Interest in
events, marketing, promotions, or public relations
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
