Role Overview
As a Creative Art Director, you will play a critical role in shaping brand and campaign ideas from the initial concept through to final execution. This position requires strong visual thinking, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate across various disciplines to produce bold, culturally relevant creative work. You will design across numerous mediums, including digital, social, film, experiential, and emerging platforms, always anchored in the core idea.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and producers to create and execute integrated campaign concepts.
Develop campaign ideas and brand messaging informed by insights, strategy, and creative ambition.
Transform strategic insights into compelling visual concepts across multiple touchpoints, including static, motion, social, and experiential.
Employ a systems-thinking approach to ensure visual consistency throughout campaigns.
Work closely with copywriters to establish cohesive and integrated creative solutions.
Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation and cross-functional collaboration.
Create mood boards, storyboards, and design explorations to bring your concepts to life.
Deliver distinctive, brand-appropriate art direction adaptable across various formats.
Contribute to brand identity evolution, visual systems, and content design when required.
Present ideas internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.
Participate in creative reviews and utilize feedback constructively to enhance outcomes.
Stay informed on trends in language, culture, media, and audience behavior.
Support junior creatives and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
Basic Qualifications
A portfolio that showcases conceptually driven and visually engaging work across multiple platforms and mediums.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an art director or designer in an agency, studio, or brand setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional conceptual thinking with the ability to visually articulate big ideas with clarity and finesse.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion design or AI tools is a plus.
Experience developing campaigns across digital, social, film, OOH, and experiential channels.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition principles.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams.
Ability to effectively present ideas and clearly explain the creative rationale.
A keen interest in culture, technology, and new creative platforms.
Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working efficiently under tight deadlines.
A positive, proactive, and cooperative mindset.
Compensation
