We are seeking a skilled
Civil Designer
to support
land development and site design projects . This role focuses heavily on technical design and production using
AutoCAD Civil 3D
and
Hydroflow , making it ideal for a detail-oriented designer with hands-on experience in grading, drainage, and utility design.
Responsibilities
Prepare site development and construction plans using
AutoCAD Civil 3D
Perform stormwater modeling and drainage analysis using Hydroflow
Design grading, storm drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts for land development projects
Develop plan sets, profiles, and details for permitting and construction
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and external consultants
Revise drawings based on redlines, agency comments, and project requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Civil Designer
or similar role
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
Hands-on experience with Hydroflow
Experience with land development or site civil projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree not required
