Responsibilities

Move and park service vehicles as needed

Communicate and provide superior customer service to service clients

Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor

Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process

Retrieve parts and supplies

Operate snow removal equipment

Wash exterior of vehicles

Vacuum interiors of vehicles

Perform janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable

Work Environment This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive. Standing and walking is required for up to 75% of the work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling are required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.

Requirements

Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, and must have the ability to drive automatic and manual transmission. A good, clean driving record and valid driver license is required.
