You'll coach hunter closers in the field , build early momentum, and help reps win—without nights, weekends, or door-to-door grind. Leadership Role
* Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments * Develop hunter closers focused on new logo acquisition * Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution * Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management * Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance
Who You Are
* 3+ years training B2B field sales — in the field * Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers * Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools * High energy, confident, and leads by example * Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends
Compensation Overview
* $80K-$110K OTE (base + commission + training overrides) * Full benefits, PTO, incentive trips, and growth opportunities * A growing team, strong leadership, and real career path
