Job Description As a
Sales Representative , you’ll be the
driving force behind new business growth
and a trusted advisor to existing customers. You’ll connect with prospects, uncover their needs, and deliver insurance solutions that protect their families and futures — all while reaching (and exceeding) your sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Actively pursue new business opportunities through referrals, community events, warm leads, and outbound sales activities.
Consultative Selling:
Educate customers on insurance options that best fit their needs, building long‑term relationships rooted in trust.
Cross‑Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and maximize value for every client.
Policy Management:
Process policy updates, handle payments, and resolve any policy‑related inquiries with precision and care.
Customer Advocacy:
Play a vital role in helping clients protect their assets, their families, and their financial future.
Requirements Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License
(Required) – Or willing to obtain.
Bilingual
– English and
Korean
speaking.
3–5 years of proven sales experience , ideally in insurance, financial services, or a customer‑facing role.
Goal‑oriented and competitive
— thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
A self‑starter who’s organized, proactive, and motivated by results.
Uncapped earning potential
— base pay plus commission and performance bonuses.
Base salary determined by experience and performance history.
Paid time off (PTO).

Full‑time.
Hours Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
