$150,000–$200,000+ (Base + Team Overrides + Quarterly Bonuses)
Overrides:
$15–$25 per sale by your team
Bonuses:
Up to $5,500 per quarter for hitting team performance goals
Base Salary:
$60,000 or $80,000
