RESPONSIBILITIES

Mastercompany systems and products to deliver a first-classclient experience

Followup with warm leads and prior client inquiries

Meetwith clients virtually via Zoom or phone during the sales process

Managedirect communication between clients and the company

Collaboratewith your agency team to ensure smooth, professional client experiences

Meetor exceed performance goals to earn promotions andleadership opportunities

Maintainstate licensing requirements and compliance standards

Attendweekly virtual meetings for training and team development

Buildand nurture client relationships through company-providedor self-generated leads

Educateclients on how our products help build and protectgenerational wealth

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or arelated field preferred

Comfortablewith technology and modern communication tools

Strongtime management and organization skills

Excellentcommunication skills - both on the phone and face-to-face

Aservant leadership mindset focused on helping others

REQUIREMENTS

Abilityto work flexible hours - evenings and weekends as neededfor clients

Reliablecell phone, data, and Wi-Fi access

Mustpass a background check

ActiveLife & Health Insurance License (or willingness toobtain - we help you get licensed in 7–10 days)
