
Call Center Representative - Part-time

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Call Center Representative. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. This is a part‑time, onsite position and hours are either 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Responsibilities
Able to handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistance
Actively listens to determine full extent of customer’s needs while appropriately applying different approaches
Ensures effective customer communication by utilizing superior verbal and written skills
Responsible for achieving entry level sales and service standards as set forth by senior management
Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred
Customer Service background preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Bank experience a plus
Service and sales background a plus
Excellent written communication skills
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
