Role Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their event rental needs, leveraging your sales skills to turn inquiries into successful bookings. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a seamless experience for clients while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
Assist customers via phone, email, text, chat, and in person
Provide quotes, product information, and order confirmations for event rentals
Accurately collect and enter customer details, orders, and updates
Resolve customer questions and concerns, escalating to a supervisor when needed
Maintain customer accounts and document interactions clearly and thoroughly
Process payments by entering credit card information for billing
Support event planning with measurements and event consultations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong computer skills and accurate typing
Professional, friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a busy office and handling multiple priorities
Experience in event rentals, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus (not required)
