Key Responsibilities
Greet showroom customers and assess the purpose of their visit
Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson
Notify staff when a customer is waiting and facilitate introductions
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Route calls to the correct department or individual, or take detailed messages
Provide basic information and respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors
Collect and record basic demographic information from visitors and callers
Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient communication style at all times
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
