Overview The Associate, Paid Strategy & Planning is an entry-level position and will be the day-to-day steward on media communication for a global electronics client, including budget control and flow of digital media activity. They will be required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of client business and apply online media understanding to help deliver against the client’s objectives. The Associate, Paid Strategy & Planning will work closely with the Supervisor in the development and communication of all media recommendations, and be responsible for management, oversight, and priority setting for any other junior employees.

Responsibilities

Support the creation, management, and stewardship of client media plans and investments

Gather and Analyze market data to determine the client’s advertising placement needs

Assist the Senior Media Associate with plan stewardship and management

Help monitoring and meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of plan implementation

Manage budgets, submit purchase authorizations, and resolve billing discrepancies

Qualifications

0-2 years of digital media planning experience is required

Strong communication skills both written and verbal and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, but they will embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science

Experience developing and presenting their thoughts and ideas and ability to speak up with new ideas

Ability to think critically, analyze everything, and look for unconventional solutions to problems

Thorough and exceptional organizational skills

Proficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Range: $40,280 - $53,445 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
