The Document Imaging Associate is an expert on securing, tracking, and organizing essential loan documents, while supporting colleagues throughout the Bank with document management and process improvements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Use advanced bank software to access customer information, check balances, and review transactions—keeping you at the center of operations. Ensure all scanned documents are accurately indexed to the right loans and maintain top-quality electronic files with thorough quality controls. Process loan servicing mail efficiently and deliver documents to the right departments. Handle new and paid‑off loan collateral documents, making sure everything is processed smoothly and securely. Collaborate with a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment focused on achieving our bank’s goals together. Conduct specialized research and account maintenance using a variety of Bank software systems. Answer calls from branches and internal teams, providing expert support and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Help the Bank stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations by following best practices and guidelines. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, or relevant experience (three to six months related experience/training, or equivalent combination) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team player with excellent communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills And Abilities
