
We’re looking for a Content + Brand Lead to help shape how Parkway shows up — online, in
the shop, and out in the community.
This role owns our digital content, brand voice, and event presence. You’ll be hands‑on:
planning, creating, posting, coordinating, and helping Parkway feel consistent, real, and very us.
This is not a corporate marketing role. It’s creative, scrappy, and rooted in our local community.
What You’ll Do Content & Digital
Plan and create content for Instagram and other digital channels
Keep our brand voice consistent (playful, smart, not try-hard)
Capture content in the shop, at client locations, and at events
Coordinate light photo/video shoots (iPhone is fine — good taste matters more)
Maintain a simple content calendar and keep us posting consistently
Brand Stewardship
Make sure everything we put out feels like Parkway
Help guide visuals, captions, and storytelling across platforms
Work with our internal team to highlight projects, people, and partners
Spot opportunities to tell better stories about what we’re already doing
Events & Community
Help plan and promote pop-ups, collabs, markets, and community events
Support on‑site execution (signage, merch setup, social coverage
Build relationships with local businesses, brands, and creatives
Help Parkway show up in ways that feel natural — not salesy
What We’re Looking For
Strong instincts for content, tone, and visual storytelling
Comfortable creating and posting content regularly
Organized enough to keep things moving without being micromanaged
Excited about local businesses, hospitality, and community‑driven brands
Someone who’d rather do than over‑theorize
Have worked with small brands or creative businesses
Enjoy events and being out in the world, not just behind a laptop
Know when something feels off‑brand — and how to fix it
