Entry Level Interior Designer
to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our Education studio is committed to creating engaging environments that put 21st century skills at the center of learning. We have completed projects such as Environmental Nature Center Preschool, Tarbut V'Torah and Eastvale STEM Academy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house multidisciplinary teams including engineering, landscape and interiors. We work primarily on education projects Southern California.

What you will do:
Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
Review and process construction administration documents
Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination
What we will do:
Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects
Provide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development process
Education opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and Learns
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects
Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
