Role Description
This is a full-time, outside sales rep role in the Dallas, TX area. This position will conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads (no cold knocking). You will present and sell best-in‑class pest & rodent control services (rodent exclusion, attic remediation, termite, mosquito, pest control) by building trust with homeowners. Qualifications
You’ve got fire (hunger to learn). A bias for action. A thick skin. Professional presence and ability to earn trust quickly through great education. You’re great with people: confident, relatable, and a strong communicator. 1-3+ years of home services sales experience is preferred. Experience in pest control (and TDA licensing) is a plus but not required. A clean driving record is required.Drug test & background check required. What We Offer
